There was a Native American man named Fast Wind. He could turn invisible and sneak in to enemy camps to get information. He would then return to the chief, and the chief could make a strategic plan for war if needed. Or the chief could make peace and trade with the enemy tribe. Now, Fast Wind was looking for a bride. So he would stand on the beach by the lake nearby the village, and his sister would bring a girl to the lakeside. His sister would ask, "Can you see Fast Wind?" And every girl would lie and say, "Yes." And his sister would ask, "What is his sleigh made out of?" Every answer was different. "Elf hide." "Birch trees."

Taking Communication and Conflict class. It's useful. Summer is good. I'm still with Richard. :heart: Discovered Sizizis, a cafe in Olympia. It's really nice.  This is my second time coming here. They have great tea. I'm there now, listening to DJs play (live!) and waiting for Richard. Life is good. Thinking of going home for Labor Day weekend. Trying to read Mirror Mirror by Gregory Maguire. Can't get into it for some odd reason. You know? I don't know. Maybe that's just me who has those problems. Anyways, I might go to the library and see if I can find a book there.
